Don't be silly! Treat yo'self🥰 I have annual subs on Causebox, FFF, and Singles Swag! Now looking Wee Box because I'm Scottish and also a member of Mally Beauty. Her makeup is amazing for us 40+'ers 💜 My rule is you can't pour from an empty cup and you've got to take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else!

I understand, I thought the same thing. But since then, I've found out that they actually let annual members skip a season's box if they're not interested in it. I looked at previous MSA reviews and only found a couple I would actually skip and most were really exciting to me. So, if you feel the same as me it's probably worth taking the leap.

Do you know if I cancel before my spring intro box ships, will they still ship it right? I mean, I assume so since I paid for it, but I don't want to get screwed over. I don't love the Summer box. I only want the face cleanser and if that comes with the Welcome box, I'd be smart to cancel and the resub with the discount, right? Thanks in advance for your help.

I just signed up a few minutes ago, I did the annual, with the 20% off, came to $204.00 so it's the Summer Welcome box, with the face cleaner. I don't know about canceling and signing back up, you could always use an alternative email if you have one. You copy the code, it's not emailed to you.
I just feel that if the first box is worth over $250 I paid for that one, to get them quarterly I'm excited!

Melissa, yes- they will still ship your intro box even if you cancel before it ships. Cancelling only stops you from renewing. 🙂

As an annual member, I don't mind paying for $10 more to get customization, and for causebox, it's even better, sometimes existing members can apply a code AND email customer service to customize it.

They did an annual deal around the holidays. That's when I purchased.

No, but if you cancel and resubscribe as an annual subscriber with the coupon code, you can save that percentage of your first box. Hope that makes sense.

Yes. It Is always beneficial to cancel & then resub everytime. Sometimes you have to use a new email to get the discount. That's their attempt to stop you from getting the discount. But, that's just all part of the game. The subscription boxes play games, too. They pull stuff like causebox just did with the selling out but having a "welcome box" for pre-order. That's their way of only having a few boxes just in case these flop but, then they sell you the welcome box, that was pre paid for & now they know exactly how many of that one to make. Assuming very little risk. It's all a game. So, I say Don't feel bad using all the discounts you can get.

Oh. So you're saying that it's never beneficial to just let the annual auto-renew. Always cancel and resub for a year? So at least you'd save a small bit off the first box. I didn't know they'd do that for not new members

They have a few different items in them. Usually the swapped items are from past boxes.

Welcome boxes usually contain items from previous boxes, whereas seasonal boxes generally contain "newer", not previously given products. The cost is the same, so yeah, not much of a difference. Also, I don't think there's an option to customize your welcome box even if you became an annual member.

Actually I think you can customize your welcome box, I just signed up for the annual membership, went to customize and told me that wasn't available yet, wait for the email to log on to customize. I hope I can customize, to get a color I prefer 😊
